Shipping policy

Shipping/Local Drop of/Fulfillment 

All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. Orders will not be shipped or dropped off to the carrier on weekends. Orders will not be shipped or processed on holidays. Processing and shipping timelines may vary in times of high demand or high volume shipping periods. Notification will be sent by email to communicate any delays that may take place with your order. The buyer is responsible for correct address entry address cannot be changed once order has shipped. 

Local Drop off

Local drop off is only available to addresses within the city limits of Grande Prairie, AB. Drop offs will be contactless to the doorstep of the address provided. Photo proof will be sent by email to the customer upon completion of delivery.

Once your package is handed to the carrier, ownership is transferred to you. Bundle & Bow Collective Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as well as damages that occur in transit.
